‼️ Villo Studio Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions.

– Your requested time slot will be held for one hour after the booking details are sent.
– If the deposit is not received within one hour, the time slot will automatically be released and made available to other clients.
– All deposits are non-refundable.
– The full duration originally booked remains payable, even if you arrive late, finish early, or choose not to use all the reserved time.
– Any unused time remaining during your booked session is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or kept as studio credit for a future booking.
– Any outstanding balance for the reserved time will be charged at the agreed rate, with a minimum studio rental rate of IDR 600,000 per hour.

– Each booking may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time.
– All rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability.
– Rescheduling requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled session requires an additional, non-refundable rescheduling payment of IDR 500,000 for each hour originally booked.
– The original deposit remains non-refundable and cannot be transferred, refunded, or used to cover the rescheduling fee.
– The new date and time will only be confirmed after the full rescheduling fee has been received. Until payment is received, the requested replacement slot remains available to other clients.

– If you cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit and any rescheduling fee already paid are non-refundable.
– A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be converted into a free rescheduling request.

– Your booking begins and ends at the confirmed scheduled times.
– The booked time starts exactly at the scheduled starting time, regardless of when you or members of your team arrive.
– Late arrival caused by the client does not extend the session’s finishing time or reduce the amount payable.
– If a delay is caused by Villo Studio, the affected time will be restored, extended where possible, or otherwise accommodated.

– Please arrive 15 minutes early to inspect the setup and request minor adjustments.
– Early arrival does not include early access to begin recording unless approved by Villo Studio.
– Setup changes or adjustments requested after the scheduled session has begun will be counted as part of your booked time.
– Any extension beyond the reserved time is subject to studio availability and will incur additional charges.
