05 / Pricing

One monthly retainer, everything included

▶ Monthly retainer · all-in
From $1,500 / mo
USD · per month · published rate

Floor rate is $1,500/month for a starter channel — light shoot cadence, 4-6 long-form videos, 12-20 Shorts. Real number depends on shoot frequency, content density and ads spend. We'll quote your channel after the audit week (Week 1 above).

Drives the price up

Higher publish frequency · long-form (60+ min) episodes · multi-camera shoots · paid ads management · multi-language editions

Drives the price down

Lower frequency (2-3 long-forms / month) · talking-head only · self-supplied scripts · existing brand assets · single language

What's NOT in the rate

Paid ad spend (we manage it, you fund it) · external talent fees · third-party music licensing if needed

06 / Sound familiar?

You want a channel — but can't run one solo

"I've recorded 40 hours of footage. None of it is edited. I haven't posted in 3 months. My subscriber count is going backwards."

You launched a channel a year ago and haven't posted consistently in months
Your existing videos average 200 views and you don't know if it's the topic, the title or the thumbnail
You're an expert with an audience on Instagram or LinkedIn — but YouTube feels like a different planet
You're a brand or business and YouTube is the channel your competitors keep beating you on
You hired an editor + a thumbnail designer + a community manager — and the three never actually align
You spent $5,000 on a course about YouTube growth and still don't have time to apply it
You think your content is good but your retention falls off a cliff at 30 seconds
You want to monetise — but the algorithm hasn't picked you up yet because you publish irregularly
07 / Outcome

A channel that compounds — not a folder of unfinished videos

Emotions · Point B

  • Relief that publish day comes without you fighting for it
  • Pride watching the same thumbnail style become recognisable to your audience
  • Confidence pitching sponsors with a media kit you didn't have to assemble

Big Jobs · Done

  • 52 weeks of consistent publishing — no missed weeks
  • A channel that compounds: every new sub finds a back catalogue worth bingeing
  • Sponsorship deals, monetisation, course launches — all built on top of the channel
08 / Doubts

Still have doubts?

How much does YouTube channel management actually cost?
Floor rate is $1,500/month for a starter channel (4-6 long-form videos + 12-20 Shorts, light ads). The real quote depends on publish cadence, episode complexity, ads spend and number of language editions. We quote your channel after the Week 1 audit — no commitments before that.
Can I see your case studies?
Most of our larger channels are under NDA — we can't show metrics publicly. The reference channels in section 01 above are the level we benchmark against. After signing the NDA on our side, we walk you through real Villo-managed channel growth charts in the audit call.
Do I sign a long-term contract?
No. Monthly retainer, no minimum lock-in. We've never had a client leave us before month 6 — by then the channel is running and they want to keep it that way — but if it's not working, you walk away after 30 days notice.
Do I have to shoot at your studio in Bali?
No — but it's the cheapest, fastest way. If you're outside Bali, we can still manage everything else (strategy, scripts, edits, thumbnails, SEO, uploads, analytics) and you supply the footage from your own setup. We've worked with creators recording from Lisbon, Dubai, NYC and Tbilisi.
What kind of channels work best?
Talking-head experts (educators, founders, coaches), podcasts/interview shows, lifestyle / travel creators, and brand channels (restaurants, hotels, services). We don't take on gaming, ASMR, kids' content, or shock-value channels — not our craft.
Do you handle the YouTube Ads spend too?
Yes — we run discovery + in-stream ads on the top-CTR videos. Ad spend is billed separately (you fund it, we manage it, monthly ROAS report). Typical starter spend is $300-500/month; we don't recommend ads at all for the first 3 months while we build organic baseline.
What if my channel is in Russian / Indonesian / French?
Yes — we work in English and Russian natively, partner-edit on Indonesian and French. For other languages we co-edit with a native-speaker freelancer. Multi-language editions (the same shoot cut for two language markets) cost more — quoted at audit.
How fast do I see results?
First 4 episodes go live in month 1 (the ramp). Algorithm signals start picking up around month 3 if cadence is held. Subscriber growth and CTR improvements typically show by month 4-6. We'll never promise "10x growth in 30 days" — that's the script of an agency that won't be around in a year.
Can I use my own scripts / I'm a writer?
Yes — that drops your monthly rate. We'll edit your drafts for YouTube-pacing (hooks, structure, CTAs), but you keep the writing voice. Several of our long-running clients write their own scripts and we handle everything else.
What's the audit week — is it free?
Yes — Week 1 audit is free. We review your existing channel (or competitor analysis if you don't have one), draft a 4-week content plan and quote a real monthly rate based on what we'd actually do for you. You walk away with the plan even if you don't sign on.
09 / We fire

We fire whatever's making your channel inconsistent

A freelance editor + a separate thumbnail designer + a separate writer
Three contacts, three timelines, three styles. Nothing aligns. Our team is built around the same channel — every layer reinforces the next.
"I'll batch-record on weekends and edit during the week"
You won't. You haven't for 9 months. Channels die in the gap between shooting and editing — we close it by treating publish day as non-negotiable.
Following a YouTube growth course you never finished
Knowledge isn't the bottleneck. Execution is. You either spend 20 hours/week on the channel — or pay a team that does.
Hiring a "viral video expert" who promises 1M subs in 6 months
Anyone promising that has nothing to lose. We promise consistency, craft and audit transparency — the only things that actually compound.
Posting to TikTok / Reels and "hoping it cross-pollinates"
Different algorithms, different formats, different intent. We do build Shorts from your long-forms — but Shorts ≠ a YouTube channel.
A virtual assistant scheduling uploads from a content calendar Google Sheet
Scheduling is the easy part. The hard part is the strategy, the script, the thumbnail, the edit and the comments. A VA can't run a channel — a team can.
