Your monthly YouTube package
The monthly package gives your channel a defined content volume. Plan long-form episodes and short videos together, rather than treating each upload as a separate project. We confirm topics, filming dates and approvals with you before the monthly cycle begins.
Six long videos and 25 short videos are the monthly deliverables, not a promise of views or subscribers. We use your channel data to inform the next content plan. A clear approval schedule helps keep releases moving; agree on who signs off scripts, edits and thumbnails at the start.

Channel launch is a one-time service; monthly management is a separate recurring package. Advertising spend, external talent and third-party licensing are not included. Filming beyond the agreed monthly volume is charged at studio rates. Individual script-writing and influencer campaigns are priced separately; confirm their scope in your proposal.

What does channel management include?
We can handle strategy, scripts, filming, editing, thumbnails, publishing, community management and reporting. Your proposal specifies the deliverables and cadence for your channel.
Can you work with footage filmed elsewhere?
Yes. We can build an editing and channel management workflow around your existing footage. We agree on file delivery, technical requirements and review stages before starting.
Do I need to be based in Bali?
No. You can film with us in Canggu or discuss a remote workflow. We will recommend a production plan based on where you and your team are located.
Are the videos above Villo client projects?
They are creative references from the original page, not a list of Villo clients. We use them to discuss formats and production direction. Ask us about relevant work we are able to share.
Are advertising costs included?
Paid promotion is optional. Advertising spend, external talent and third-party licensing are confirmed separately from the production and management scope.
Can you guarantee subscriber growth?
No specific audience or revenue result is guaranteed. We focus on a consistent production process, content quality and improvements informed by actual channel data.
How much does YouTube channel management cost?
Monthly management costs 10,000,000 IDR. Channel launch is a separate one-time service at 3,600,000 IDR and takes 1–2 weeks. Script writing is listed at 1,000,000 IDR and an influencer campaign at 6,500,000 IDR. Advertising spend, talent and licensing are separate.
How many videos are included each month?
The monthly package includes 6 long videos and 25 short videos, plus thumbnails, timecodes, metadata, playlists, scheduled publishing, channel packaging and an influencer database. We agree on the production schedule and review stages before work begins.
Who owns the channel and the finished files?
Your channel remains yours. We agree on access permissions and file delivery before starting, so you keep control of your account and the approved deliverables. Third-party music, footage and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences.
