• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled shoot.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full.
• You may reschedule once, as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before your session.
• If we cancel due to technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

📍 For all other areas in Bali — including Seminyak, Kerobokan, Pererenan, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Denpasar, Tanjung Benoa, Gianyar, Karangasem, and beyond — delivery and travel fees are calculated individually based on distance and travel time.
