Microphones are included in the filming service. We check the recording before the take and agree on the microphone arrangement for your setup. If the microphone needs to stay outside the frame, mention that when booking so we can discuss the right option.
Lighting and a pre-arranged setup are part of the session. Send a reference if you have a particular mood in mind. Keeping the look consistent across several videos is easier when clothing, background and lighting are considered together before you arrive.
An operator runs the technical recording while you present. You can stop, repeat a sentence and start again; the session is not a live broadcast. Script development, performance coaching and post-production are separate scopes, so tell us if you need more than the filming session.
Send the subject, audience, approximate script length and intended platform. Share any visual references and decide which pieces matter most. A realistic running order helps you use the booked time well.
Choose your set and camera package. At the studio, check your position, eye line, sound and lighting with the operator. Keep notes accessible and run through the opening before the main take.
Speak in manageable passages. Pause between sections and repeat a line when needed. Short breaks and clear restarts make the material easier to navigate later; a perfect uninterrupted performance is not the goal.
Agree on file transfer, editing and delivery requirements before the shoot. If you want both a full-length video and short clips, identify the important passages and formats while the session is still fresh.
Booking starts at one hour. The published filming rates include cameras, lighting, microphones, a pre-arranged studio setup and an operator. Editing is an add-on. A session hour is booked production time, not a guarantee of one hour of finished video.

Agree on the recording format, file handover and transfer method with us before your session, especially if another editor will take over. Tell us about any platform specifications or naming requirements in advance. We do not promise a delivery time or a finished edit that has not been included in your booking.
A longer YouTube video or course lesson needs an editing plan: selecting takes, removing restarts, balancing sound and adding any agreed titles or supporting visuals. Short vertical clips are another deliverable, with their own pacing, framing and captions. If you need both, brief both before filming so the original footage supports them.

Write for speaking, not for a brochure. Read your opening aloud and replace phrases you would never use in conversation. A short outline may suit a personal explanation; an approved script may be better for a lesson or company announcement where wording must stay precise.
Bring a spare top and check any logos or details that will be visible. If your video refers to a product, a slide or a demonstration, include that in the brief. Leave room in the schedule for retakes, pauses and transitions between topics rather than dividing the booking only by your final video length.
A teleprompter is available as a paid extra. Request it when booking and ask us to confirm the additional cost. Rehearse your script aloud before the session: the screen keeps the words in front of you, but a natural pace still takes practice. Script writing is also available as a separate service.
