How much does a videographer cost in Bali?+
On-location filming in the Canggu area starts at 2,500,000 IDR for two hours with one camera and one operator. Two cameras with one operator cost 3,500,000 IDR; three cameras with two operators cost 4,500,000 IDR. Editing, travel outside the included area and optional services are quoted separately.
What equipment is included?+
The published on-location package includes the selected number of cameras, two wireless lavalier microphones, one professional light, a tripod and a gimbal stabilizer. Tell us about your speakers and setting so we can confirm whether extra sound or lighting is needed.
How many people come with the cameras?+
One operator covers the one-camera and two-camera options. The three-camera option includes two operators. An assistant or any larger crew is not included in these base prices.
Is editing included in the filming price?+
No. The listed prices cover filming. A finished brand film, event recap, full interview or social clips require a separate editing quote. We agree the number, length and format of the finished videos before that work starts.

Send the venue address and your date. The starting rate covers the Canggu area; travel and location-specific costs for other areas of Bali are confirmed in the quote. Arrival and setup need to be planned around the actual journey.
What is the minimum booking, and how much are extra hours?+
The minimum is two hours. Each additional filming hour costs 1,000,000 IDR for one camera, 1,200,000 IDR for two cameras or 1,400,000 IDR for three cameras. Any travel, preparation or other extras remain separate.
Can I add lighting or a teleprompter?+
The published on-location add-ons are cinematic lighting with two large softboxes for 2,000,000 IDR and a teleprompter for 300,000 IDR, each at a flat rate. Setup preparation is listed separately at 400,000 IDR. Confirm which items your shoot needs when booking.
Is drone footage included?+
No drone is included in the published on-location package. If aerial footage is important to the brief, tell us before booking so availability, feasibility and a separate quote can be confirmed.
What happens if the weather changes?+
For an outdoor shoot, agree an indoor alternative or a weather plan with the team before booking. Any change of date and its costs need to be confirmed for the booking.
Can I book an evening or weekend shoot?+
Share the exact date, location and required hours. We confirm crew availability and any applicable surcharge in the quote. The studio opening hours do not by themselves set the price of an on-location booking.
What do you need from the venue?+
Confirm permission to film, access for the team and equipment, available power, parking and any restrictions on noise, lighting or filming times. Let us know about stairs, outdoor areas or a space without electricity before the shoot. A generator is not included in the listed kit.
When do I receive the footage, and which language can the crew work in?+
Agree delivery timing, file transfer and your preferred working language with the team before booking. Edited deliverables have their own schedule, agreed with the editing scope.
