Do you edit full-length videos, or only short clips?+
Both. We edit complete podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos, lectures, courses and webinars. Reels, Shorts and other highlights can be commissioned separately or alongside the full video.
How is long-form editing priced?+
Standard podcast editing is priced per hour of source footage: IDR 1,200,000 for one camera, IDR 1,600,000 for two cameras and IDR 2,000,000 for three cameras. This is based on the material supplied, not the duration of the finished video. Complex projects and other long-form formats receive a tailored quote.
Can you edit footage recorded outside Villo Studio?+
Yes. Send the original video files and separate audio tracks if available. We can work with studio footage, on-location interviews and recordings made by your own team.
Can you turn one podcast into a full episode and several Shorts?+
Yes. We can edit the complete episode and select moments for standalone short videos. We agree on the number of clips, their duration, caption style and aspect ratios before starting.
What does the editing process include?+
Depending on your brief, it can include organising footage, syncing cameras and audio, shaping the conversation, camera selection, sound cleanup, colour matching and final export. Captions, graphics, B-roll and other additions are scoped in the quote.
How long does delivery take?+
The current standard podcast editing turnaround is five to seven business days. Courses, seasons, complex graphics and other custom projects have an agreed schedule. Tell us about your release date before we start.
How do revisions work?+
We agree on the review stages and number of revision rounds in your project quote. Send consolidated, timecoded notes so the editor can make precise changes.
Can you add captions and translated versions?+
Yes. Captions, translated versions and different aspect ratios can be included in the agreed scope. Tell us the language, platform and output formats you need.
Will I receive the editable project files?+
Final video files are delivered in the agreed format. If you also need the editing project, linked assets or source files, request them when we scope the job.
