How much does an audio session cost?

Rp 700,000 per hour. The engineer is included — no hidden line items. AI cleanup and mastering are on-demand add-ons quoted by the project. Most podcast episodes finish in 1.5–2 hours total. Music demos and audiobook chapters take longer — we'll quote per project.

What does "AI cleanup and mastering" actually mean?

A processing chain that runs after the take: noise reduction (removes scooter, AC, room hum), voice enhancement (EQ + de-esser + compression for broadcast-clear voice), auto-mastering (loudness normalisation to Spotify / Apple / Audible specs), and filler-word removal (cuts "ums" and long pauses). Done on the spot — you A/B raw vs mastered before you leave.

Can I record vocals or music too, not just podcast?

Yes. The booth and signal chain handle vocal demos, acoustic instruments, voice-over and audiobook reads. The Rp 700k/hr rate is the same — what changes is the mic and processing chain we set up.

How does this compare to JOA Music Studio?

JOA is excellent for full-production music (live drums, large vocal sessions, label-grade mastering). We're different — broadcast-grade audio at podcast pricing. If you're recording an EP demo, an audio podcast, a voiceover or an audiobook, we're 60–70% cheaper, same broadcast-quality result. For a full band tracking — JOA is the right call.

Do I need to bring anything?

For podcast / voiceover — just yourself and your guest. For music — your instrument and a backing track on USB or Google Drive. For audiobook — your script (PDF / Google Doc / printed). Headphones and water — provided.

Can you pick me or my guest up?

Yes — pickup is included in the rate for Canggu, Berawa, Umalas and Ubud. We send a driver to the address you give us. For Uluwatu, Sanur, or further out, we quote a small transit fee.

What audio files do I get?

Two layers: raw multitrack stems (one file per mic, untouched) for your editor, and a mastered MP3 + WAV ready to publish. Delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer the same evening. Specify if you need FLAC, AIFF or audiobook (ACX) format — we'll deliver in that.

Can I bring my own mic or interface?

Yes — we patch your gear into the chain if you have a preferred mic or interface. Most clients use ours because it's already dialled in for the booth.

Can I record at night for timezone differences?

Yes — for late-night sessions with US or EU guests, or off-hours bookings outside 9 AM – 7 PM. Off-hours carry a 30% surcharge and need 9 hours of advance notice.

Do you record remote guests?

Yes — we set up Riverside / Squadcast / Zoom with double-ender recording on our end. You're in the booth on broadcast mics, your guest records on their side at full quality. Output: two perfectly-synced tracks.

Do you work in English?

Yes. The team works in English and Russian. Most clients are expats and content creators on tour — directing in your language is the default, not the exception.
