How much does a recording studio cost per hour in Bali?
Audio recording at Villo costs 700,000 IDR per hour, booked in 30-minute slots of 350,000 IDR. The engineer, AI cleanup and voice mastering are included. Is a sound engineer included?
Yes. The engineer sets microphone levels, monitors the recording and suggests retakes, so you can focus on the performance.
Is mixing and mastering included?
AI cleanup and voice mastering are included in the session, and you get the files the same day. Full mixing of a multitrack music session is quoted separately.
Can I record music and vocals, not only voice?
Yes. You can record vocals, acoustic instruments and demos, as well as voice-over and audiobooks. Bring your instrument or backing track and tell us the format in advance.
What microphones do you have?
The studio runs on a RODECaster Pro with RODE PodMic and RODE NT1 microphones and wireless lavaliers. A Shure SM7B, vocal condenser microphones, DPA lavaliers and other gear are available on request.
Can I bring my own microphone or interface?
Yes. The engineer connects your equipment to the studio chain. Tell us what you are bringing when you book.
Which files do I get?
Raw tracks for each microphone and a mastered WAV or MP3. Tell us before recording if you need FLAC, AIFF or an audiobook format.
How fast do I get the files?
The same day, via Google Drive or WeTransfer. Long audiobook projects get their own delivery schedule.
Can a remote guest join the recording?
Yes, on request. Your guest joins via Riverside, SquadCast or Zoom while you record in the booth.
