After booking, we agree on the broadcast format, number of cameras, platform, set design and any extras.

Setup
You choose a studio setup in advance, and it is fully prepared by the time you arrive.

Test run
Arrive about an hour before going live, depending on how complex the broadcast is. We configure OBS, check sound, picture and presentations, and run a test stream. We also check the access needed for your chosen platform.
- 04
On air
Our team stays with you for the whole broadcast and monitors the equipment and stream. You host the conversation; the crew follows the agreed running order, switches the cameras and brings in the prepared media.

- Cameras & switching
- One to three cameras, an ATEM Mini Pro for multi-camera switching and OBS for scenes, graphics and video inserts.
- Screens & computers
- A 43-inch 4K TV for broadcast output, iMac and MacBook Pro to manage the stream and chat, a clicker and teleprompter options. Confirm the equipment and any rental extras when booking.
- Connection
- Two independent high-speed internet lines from different providers, with a wired Ethernet connection for the broadcast.
- Crew
- With streaming production booked, an administrator welcomes your guests, a broadcast director plans and runs the stream, and a videographer sets up the frame.
- After the stream
- You get access to the recording file of your live stream. Agree the intended use before the broadcast, whether you want to keep the full session or arrange separate editing for shorter clips.
- 30 minutes on us
- You get half an hour free to get ready before the session, and the lighting and set are prepared before you arrive, so you pay for the broadcast time. For a more complex test run, agree the arrival time and schedule with the team.

on location
Your wedding, conference or launch is not in our studio? We bring the streaming crew to your venue: cameras, sound, OBS switching and a test stream before the event starts, so guests who cannot be there can watch it live.
Every venue is different, so on-location streaming is quoted per event. Send us the date, venue, event length and how many cameras you need, and we will come back with a price. The studio rates above do not apply to a location booking.

A webinar is a presentation for a registered audience: slides, questions from the chat, one speaker or a small panel. A live stream is a show: several cameras, guests in the studio or online, video inserts and a public audience on YouTube or social media. Both run in the same studio with the same crew and rates.

FAQ
How much does live streaming cost in Bali?
Streaming production with our crew is IDR 1,500,000 per hour with one camera, IDR 2,000,000 with two and IDR 2,500,000 with three, with a two-hour minimum. Studio rental for your own team is IDR 600,000 per hour. Platform setup and chat monitoring are extra.
Which platforms can you stream to?
YouTube, Facebook, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other platforms that accept a stream from OBS, including professional webinar platforms. Tell us the platform and account when you book, so we can prepare access and a test stream.
Can guests join the stream remotely?
Yes. We connect remote speakers to the broadcast and manage them together with the guests in the studio.
Will I get a recording of the stream?
Yes. After the broadcast you get access to the recording file of your live stream.
What happens if the internet drops?
The studio has two independent high-speed internet lines from different providers and a wired connection for the broadcast computer, and we run a test stream before going live.
How early should I arrive?
About an hour before going live, depending on how complex the broadcast is. We use that time for OBS setup, sound and picture checks and a test run.
Can I stream in the evening or at night?
Yes. The studio is open 24/7, so you can go live at the time that suits your audience.
Do you live stream events outside the studio?
Yes. We stream weddings, conferences, launches and private events at your venue. The price depends on the venue, the length of the event and the number of cameras, so send us the details for a quote.
Can I do a TikTok Live from your studio?
Yes. We set up the stream from your TikTok or Instagram account, light the set and switch between cameras while you host. Make sure your account can go live before the session.
Is preparation time included?
Yes. You get 30 minutes free to get ready before the session, and the set and lighting are prepared before you arrive.
