Booking Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below.

Deposit Policy

• If the deposit is not received within one (1) hour, the reserved time slot will be released and made available to other clients.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Any unused paid time during the booking is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Any unpaid remaining hours will be charged at the minimum studio rental rate of IDR 600,000 per hour.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is permitted once only and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be accommodated, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Delays & Setup Adjustments

• The booked session time begins exactly as scheduled, regardless of the client’s arrival time (except in cases where delays are caused by the studio).

• Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to review the setup and request minor adjustments.

• Any setup changes requested after the session has started will be counted as part of the booked session time.
