For peak dry season (May–September), 2–3 weeks ahead. Off-season, 1 week is usually fine. Same-week or same-day slots happen — just call. For multi-day productions or recurring podcast slots, we recommend booking 4+ weeks ahead so we can lock the right room.

1 hour for talking-head shoots and self-serve studio rental. 2 hours for podcast/interview shoots and live streaming. We discount multi-hour blocks and recurring weekly bookings — ask us for the rate.

Talking-head shoot starts at IDR 950,000 / hour with 1 camera. Podcast (2 cameras) from IDR 1,550,000 / hour. Self-serve studio rental from IDR 600,000 / hour. Full breakdown on the price list — tax included, no hidden fees.

Standard: 50% deposit at booking, 50% on the shoot day. Studio-only rentals, webinars and editing — full payment at booking. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash. Agency partners get net-7 invoicing — ask for the agreement.

Cancel free up to 24 hours before your slot — we move it or refund the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Last-minute reschedules to a free slot the same week are always free. Full terms on our booking T&Cs.

Yes — for any video shoot, our operator stays on-set to handle cameras, lighting, audio mixing and live-stream feeds. You focus on talent and message. Self-serve studio rental is unattended by default; add operator support if you need a hand.

Yes. We bring crew + cameras + lighting to your venue across Bali — beach villas, restaurants, offices, events. Outside Canggu we add travel cost based on distance. Minimum 2 hours. Get a quote with venue and date.

Full in-house post: editing, colour grading, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, REELS / Shorts. We can bundle shoot + edit into one project (single point of contact, faster turnaround). Get a quote on our pricing page.

Studio is open Monday–Friday, 9:00–19:00 (Bali time, UTC+8). After-hours and weekend bookings are available with a +30% surcharge. We answer WhatsApp 7 days a week.
