Biography

Febilla Saswira started at the studio as an administrator, responsible for shoot logistics and day-to-day coordination. Over four years she moved into every stage of production: preparing the studio, coordinating the crew, overseeing post-production and getting the finished content published.

That hands-on work taught her how to run a shoot without losing time: how to prevent technical and workflow problems on set, and how to adapt one recording for YouTube, Instagram and other social channels.

Today she combines the administrator role with content work. Her focus is to connect creative production with a clear process, so every shoot runs on schedule and the content keeps working after it is published.
